Requirements
We have specific requirements for returning unopened or unused products. To ensure a successful refund, please ensure the following conditions are met:
Unopened Items:
1. The product must be in good condition, and free from any damages, stains, or unpleasant smells.
2. Original accessories and documents included in the package should be retained.
3. Proof of purchase from our website is required.
Opened Items:

Time Limit
Unopened Items:
Returns accepted within 90 days.
Mattresses: Eligible for return from 21 days after delivery, up to 90 days. For more details, please visit our trial page or contact our support team at support@justroomy.com.
Here are the return steps
Contact customer service
Please contact Customer Service at support@justroomy.com, indicating the item(s) you would like to return or exchange and the reason. We will get back to you within 48 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.
Print your shipping label
Once the return request is approved, we will send you a pre-paid shipping label. If you are unable to print, please bring this to a carrier location for assistance.
Pack up your return
After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
Ship it back to us
Drop off your package at a carrier location near you. Once it ships, use the tracking in your shipping label to track its progress.
Confirm refund
Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We’ll issue a refund to you. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
